Please let me introduce myself.

I am a fully registered bilingual Agent Commercial en Immobilier living and working in Nice. I have been selling residential property on the Cote d’Azur for 4 years but prior to settling in Nice, I worked in the UK housing market selling new developments for over 15 years. For 5 years I was New Homes Sales Manager with a large Estate Agency group based in Milton Keynes which was started when the city was in its infancy. This was where I learned my trade as a New Build salesperson. From there I moved to the south coast of England and worked for a number of large developers, such as Berkeley Homes and Bellwinch Homes (part of the Kier Group) and sold mainly apartments in Maidstone, Kent and Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne. I have now brought this experience with me to France.

My love of France started many years ago when I bought my first apartment in Les Marines de Cogolin, near St. Tropez in the Var in 1988. Since then my husband and I bought several small buy-to-let apartments in Vieux Nice. I have been fortunate to be able to work in Nice with a long established French Agency which has given me the extra ‘on the ground’ French experience although my own personal experience of both selling in the UK and buying in France has been invaluable. It is with this experience that I am able to help my clients find their dream home whether it be an apartment for rental, holidays or a permanent home in the sun.

I can help you arrange finance, transfer currency, help with furnishing and liaise with the developer or vendor you are buying from. I also have access to English solicitors working in France for advice on inheritance and contracts at a very reasonable cost. I see the whole buying procedure through with you from start to finish.
